What it does
Pin to any elementComments anchor to the element clicked, so pins follow it across scroll and screen sizes.
Threads & namesClients add their name once. Everyone can reply; team replies carry a YBM badge.
Resolve & reopenThe team resolves comments. A client reply on a resolved thread reopens it.
Off switchesHide pins, minimise the toolbar, or switch feedback off for clients entirely.
